The yen rollercoaster......

A few months back in May I write about the 'joys' of riding the yen rollercoaster, at which point it had hit a 12 month low of 130.735 against the pound, somewhere it's largely languished ever since - http://www.niigata-nishikigoi.com/node/793.
Since May there's been the occasional, but very brief, hope that it maybe would creep up a little. Checking today it's almost as low as it has been over the last 12 months, sub 130. Bad timing for all involved in the UK Koi industry.
The UK is not alone, since the beginning of the year against the euro the yen has dropped 130 to 108, against the US dollar it's dropped 91 to 84.
Despite that doom and gloom I'm still 100% Getting prepared for the autumn harvests and can't wait for The 50th Niigata Nogyosai Show.
