Kohaku dominate the South East Show

Well it was a great weekend at the South East Show, apart from a brief but heavy shower on Saturday the weather was fairly kind. Really good to catch up with so many people that i've not seen for such a long time.
The major prizes were entirely dominated by Kohaku, pictures and details below.
Grand Champion
Kohaku
Owned by Kevin Green
The above Kohaku comes with an interesting story. Originally purchased by Mike Snaden at Yume Koi as a tosai from Matsue Koi Farm it was grown to nisai before being sold to hobbyist Stuart Toms for the princely sum of £100 who continued to grow it for the next few years before showing it at this year's EMKC winter show where it failed to make an impact. In the interim period Stuart sold the Kohaku to fellow hobbyist Kevin Green who duly bought it to the South East Show where it took Grand Champion.
