Following the enormous disruption caused following the volcano in Iceland which stopped shipments of Koi - http://www.niigata-nishikigoi.com/node/752 - tonight a shipment is finally leaving for the UK.

I've mentioned some other Koi heading for Gatwick Koi - www.gatwickkoi.com - over the last month or so, these have all had to wait here in Japan due to the disruption:

All the above Koi will be leaving Niigata for the UK this evening as part of another large Ornafish - www.ornafish.com - shipment.

In addition I learned that some of Shintaro's tateshita were also going to be on the shipment so I made arrangements to visit when Saito san selected them.  This 2 minute video shows a small selection of the tosai that are due to be shipped tonight.
