Niigata Shinkokai Auction 15th March

I mentioned a few weeks ago that another breeders auction would be taking place in Niigata this spring.  The event takes place at Yamakoshi Branch Office from 11am on 15th March.  I'm presuming that's when bidding starts, viewing of the Koi will be available from around 8am I would expect based on last April's event.
