Some Koi we've seen before and a couple of new ones to look out for

Just a few Koi I recognised as I wandered around, first up the 2008 Wakagoi Grand Champion, you can see it here - http://yamakoshi.blogspot.com/2008/04/wakagoi-gc.html

This is a Kohaku we saw harvested at the Kato harvests back in October - http://www.niigata-nishikigoi.com/node/581

The 2 Sakai Koi I metioned yesterday - http://www.niigata-nishikigoi.com/node/667 - both look awesome!!

When I saw the 2 Koi below released I fell in love instantly.  The Ginrin Showa is bred by Hiroi Koi Farm (Yozen) in Koguriyama, the other Showa by Dainichi, I think 75bu and 70bu respectively, both simply awesome Koi.

There is serious quality all around the show hall, as time allows I'll show some more of this year's stunning exhibits at the 2010 All Japan Show.
