It certainly is a beautiful Koi.
I photographed it as soon as it was benched intending to post it as a beautiful example but didn't get around to it.
It was bred by Hiroi Koi Farm in Koguriyama.

Glad to here it was fronm Hiroi, I own two Goshiki from there and they are one of my favorite breeders to visit.

I've just put the calendar given to me by Manabu Ogata on the wall. What Koi is on it? Yep, the Ginrin Goshiki, it also took 35bu Sakura at the 2008 All Japan Show.
